Feeling Good Again
You know, in the short run, it has sucked to have a terrible season. It sucked to lose to Utah, Notre Dame, Illinois, Toledo, Penn State, Michigan State, and Purdue. It sucks to know we're not going to a bowl.
But doesn't it seem like this year was what the Michigan fanbase needed? Learn to enjoy wins instead of fearing losses. I predicted a loss to Minnesota with my head, but never gave up with my heart.
Damn, does it feel good to have people lining up to kick us while we're down, then shoving it in their faces. Boy, do I wish I had a screenshot of that empty trophy case.

The thing that I'm still a bit shocked about... This game really should have been 40+ to 6 (or even 3) instead of 29 to 6.
It was pure domination on both sides of the ball. For once, Michigan looked just like a Michigan team should look like... and it was nice.

If I was in Ann Arbor you'd have it already. That was the saddest/funniest thing I've seen since the JoePa: in Memoriam ABC played after the OSU/PSU game.

I would like to be the first to apologize to Nick Sheridan. Sorry man, you came out and played your ASS off. Hats off you you.

A solid win by Michigan, who should follow the Minnesota plan to bowl eligibility next year: play 4 cupcakes out of conference and then not play the 2 best teams (right now, I know OSU is better than MSU) in the Big 10's unbalanced schedule. But concerning the bigger ramifications of the Penn State loss, I have 2 questions. First, more complaining from Happy Valley after this game than last year's against Michigan? Second, do PSU fans move up the list of whiniest fans in Big 10? I was very disappointed to see them complaining so much about spots and a correct pass interference call.

Concerning both questions about Penn State fans:
They always have been and always will be by FAR the whiniest (and typically dumbest in that respect) fans in the Big Ten. Nittany Lions fans are notorious for being nothing short of insane when bitching about "Referines."

Might as well double post...
On Penn State fans being whiny:
